I have been in the military now for 21 years. I have moved numerous times as you can imagine and have had dealings with real estate agents from all over the country; more than I care to remember. I would like to recommend to you an agent that I believe stands head and shoulders above the rest. I want you to find the same kind of peace of mind and security that my family has been afforded because of my dealings with Michelle Garcher.
I have found some gems in times past. I once worked with the highest selling realtor in the Denver Metro area. She was phenomenal; but I want you to know that she has met her match in more ways than one. Michelle is the kind of agent that knows the market around the Colorado Springs area intimately. More than that, she cares enough to find out about each unique client’s situation that she is working with and works accordingly. Her patience with me on my first house hunting foray in the area was Job like. Her advice was keen and right on target and enabled me to cut through much of the confusion in the market at the time. Her expertise is only topped by her true concern for families and their individual situation in which they find themselves. When she was helping us move into our new home and doing small tasks for us months later even though her contract expired, I knew then that she was completely in a class all by herself. Michelle is the kind of person that you absolutely want representing your interests whether you are in the city for eyes on or whether you are out of the country and need someone you can trust implicitly.
My second time dealing with Michelle has even topped the first experience. When my wife and I were away from the area and had some real complications coming our way with real estate issues, I knew that I could, and would, only turn to one person that I trusted. I know that she will never earn enough commission from me to equal the benefits that I have received from hiring her. I know that I would never use anyone else in the Colorado Springs area or any other area that she happens to work.
Michelle is not a member of a club that I belong to and she is not my sister-in-law in need of business. For plenty of those types of recommendations you will have to talk with someone else. I am simply telling you from a person that has seen professionalism and expertise and competence from the highest levels of our military, that Michelle Garcher would easily rise to be the Chief of Staff of Realtors.

When we told our friends that we were preparing to sell our house in anticipation for a military move, everyone cringed. "It's a really tough market," they would say, with horror stories of friends and their not-so-great realtors, the lengthy time on the market, the homes that never sold.

All can say is Michelle is a trooper! Of all the things to do in one spare time, finding a new home in this market is not one of them. I can truly say in my experience it was fun working with her. Her sage advice guided me through the entire transaction, that's not to say there weren't some "hiccups" along the way. But when it did get interesting that's when she shined and worked her magic. Her calm, cool demeanor always brought me back to center and allowed me to keep things in perspective.....find a house for me and my sons...... and that's exactly what she did. Michelle takes it upon herself to seek out the details I'd never think to investigate. She protected us from making some risky purchases, and we wouldn't have known any better without her going above and beyond our expectations with behind-the-scenes work she does for each property we were interested in. She is very professional, has great relationships among various branches of real estate professionals (which really helps out when you need an inside scoop), and takes what we have to say about things seriously.
